We have chosen to work with world-renowned carriers such as FedEx and DHL to ensure the quality of our delivery services. Please take note of the following points regarding our delivery policy:
- Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location, the chosen delivery method (standard, express, etc.), and availability. Our paintings are unique pieces, and those displayed on the website are generally available. When placing an order, you will receive a specific delivery time estimate for your order.
• Artwork is typically shipped within 5 to 10 business days.
• Canvas artwork is available for shipping rolled or “as-is” on a stretcher frame.
• We recommend “as-is” shipping for the best value.
- Delivery Costs
Delivery costs are calculated based on weight, package size, destination, and the chosen delivery method. You will be able to view delivery costs when placing your order.
- Payments
Payment can only be made with a visa or Mastercard debit or credit card for the moment.
- Delivery Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so that you can monitor the progress of your package in real-time.
- International Delivery
We offer international delivery for customers located outside of our home country, Haiti. Please note that customs fees, taxes, and import duties may apply based on your country’s laws. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns
We hope you will be fully satisfied with your purchase from Levoy Exil. However, if you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, please refer to our return policy for more information:
- Return Policy
• You have the right to return undamaged items within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, with all original packaging and labels.
• Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of our error in the order.
