Delivery & Returns

Every painting on this site is an original. There is no online checkout — shipping, delivery estimates, costs, and payment are all arranged personally with the gallery after you enquire.

How to buy

Choose a painting and send an enquiry via WhatsApp (+509 3424-9786) or email (levoyexilgallery@gmail.com), naming the piece you are interested in. The gallery will confirm availability and arrange payment and shipping with you directly.

Shipping

Paintings are shipped with FedEx or DHL and typically leave the gallery within 5–10 business days of the arranged sale. Canvases are shipped rolled, or as-is on their stretcher frame.

Shipping cost depends on the weight, size, destination, and method, and is quoted after your enquiry. A tracking number is provided for every shipment.

International orders

For international deliveries, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges.

Returns

If a painting arrives damaged or is not as described, contact the gallery within 30 days of delivery at levoyexilgallery@gmail.com.

Undamaged pieces in their original condition and packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the gallery made an error. Refunds exclude the original delivery fees.
